Every room was touched with a lighter color palette, custom lighting throughout, and most notably, a chef’s worthy kitchen with clean Dove White cabinets and new hardware, professional grade Thermador and Bosch stainless appliance, and the addition of a Z line vent hood.

The primary bathroom also received attention with the installation of custom lighting, shiplap accent wall, apothecary-style tilting mirrors and a TV for bath time viewing. The powder room and desk area off the kitchen were transformed, removing the older cabinetry to open the space and adding shiplap walls and a fashionable navy color.

The family’s game room was transformed from an older style media room to a bougie elegant space with a pool table and big screen TV, a fun place to watch football and the latest movies.

The exterior was freshened with a new color scheme and replacement of the deck with Brazilian Ipe decking and view railing.
