On this project, the home was taken down to the studs. The exterior was completely re-done with hardi-plank siding, new windows and doors. Walls were removed and entire areas were opened with sliding glass doors and windows.

The bedroom was re-designed for privacy, comfort and to maximize the lake views. The bathroom was transformed to a cozy, charming retreat to enjoy long bubble baths. An additional bathroom was added with exterior access and an outdoor shower to serve the lake lifestyle.

A custom built-in bunk bed area hidden behind sliding barn doors was created for additional sleeping room. Every space and surface inside was re-imagined for luxurious comfort and ease.

Fencing was added along one side of the property to create security for the family’s beloved pet and the exterior landscaping and lake frontage received attention and care.
